How to Use Thermal Oil Heater for Hot Air Drying Application
For drying application hot air is the most efficient method. but for make hot air , generally we adopt hot air generator, which use burn the chamber directly and exchange these heat to hot air. Such hot air generator lifespan is very short because of long time directly dry burning.
Now, with our thermal oil heater and thermal oil hot air heat exchanger, we can solve this problem.
By heating the thermal oil, which not the steel chamber, we get high temperature thermal oil. Then the thermal oil will transport these thermal oil to heat using position. By thermal oil hot air exchanger, the thermal oil heat transfer to air. Finally, the blast fan will blow the hot air for drying application.
